How is it that the retirements of the Construction Office caught the BA and the Council by surprise, so much so that they needed to hire an emergency contractor (who also has ties to Hamilton Twp of course!)? The retirements have been known for a very long time, and somehow they get to push through an "emergency" contract? Sounds like someone is giving friends some business on my tax dollars.
