How disrespectful to say the Sept. 11 Memorial in Stone Harbor is "a picnic area costing $400,000." This is a respectful area to remember all those who perished that day. The cost was $100,000, and was funded by open space money that Stone Harbor paid to the county for 27 years without drawing from that fund.
