Have you ever been to a Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Penn, Johns Hopkin etc... the foreign nationals flock here for treatment. While our current system can certainly be improved, Obama has destroyed the system to cover 40 million uninsured, All he had to do is put them on Medicaid for a cost of $100B and it was done.
