Here we go again - Stone Harbor Council Agenda June 6th is authorizing $2.5 million in Bonds, $325,000 from cash reserve; increase in seasonal wages, $15,000 contract for lighting; additional $35,000 for labor counsel - this is only one agenda!!! $2.875 million dollars! Don't forget the 7.5 million dollar bond awarded in May. Out of control spending results in deficit in the budget which results in significant tax increases in the future.
