The erosion of the dunes on the SH beaches is not as bad as the town is making it out to be. A roll of storm fencing along the dune cliff and a guy with a back hoe would take care of it in a couple of days. Hasn't anyone on the council explored the Maine coastline? The massive rocks overlooking crashing waves, tourists crawling all over them. SH beaches look like a sandbox in comparison. Is this about money? How much more obvious can you possibly get? Cough up a few of our tax dollars and open the beaches.
