To the Crest spouter about voting. Our towns are smaller in year round population than many home owners associations. What’s the harm in 2nd owners having a vote? We care about our towns as much as full timers and often it’s not possible for us to domicile here but that doesn’t diminish our pride, values or our interests in seeing our community thrive. It has nothing to do with someone having more wealth. It’s basically taxation without representation like DC, but only for local offices.
