Council voted to have a woman fill in the term of Councilman Carusi. This council has no diversity at all. Five women on council and a female mayor. They would be the first ones screaming if it was all male. This now is the second women's club in town. So if you want to hear some real squabbling and dysfunction, go to a council meeting. They should be charging admission for the entertainment, as they could beat Star Wars.
