Stone Harbor Council is now without two key positions - CFO and Tax Collector! 3 years ago this Borough had 3 certified Municpal Clerks, 3 Certified Tax Collectors and an employee moving towards CFO Certification which would have provided 2 certified Financial Officers. As Avalon stated "Redundancy in key offices" - the A&F Committe (Gensemer & Dallahan) didn't see the importance of the key positions only their own agenda - playing favorites, promises & unprofessionalism has brought you to current day! Unfortunate that visitors and the businesses are taking the brunt of their mistakes!
