The convenience of shopping local is being able to park near the stores and not having to walk a mile through the mall parking lot in the cold on Black Friday. This is not the case in Stone Harbor. Please close 96th Street from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Black Friday. The store employees will take all the parking spaces as they do every year, and those of us who are there to shop will have no place to park.
