Can someone explain to me why Stone Harbor really needs a $4 million parking lot? Maybe that money could be used for something important, like a salt truck. Oh that's right! We are a vacation town where we make our life blood for the whole year on those tourists that come from June to Sept. Who cares about the year round residents?
