Bravo ! Stone Harbor Council should be suited for the beach beautification project. A lovely four foot high rusty pipe is what every renter demands from their beach experience. My renters took time to share their delight with both our rental agency and our family. Can abandoned cars or old freight trains be be added to the the beach as well ?
