Since the borough is imposing on some one's personal freedom to have a resolution or ordnance on wearing a helmet while bike riding that only affects that person ,seems a real invasion of privacy. The vaccine mandates are imposing on our personal freedoms but necessary because an unvaccinated person can spread the disease to others.
