The bay project is in trouble and the mayor and Councilman Barry are part of the problem. Significant cost overruns, a bloated tax bill to us and years of looking the other way has created a taxpayer's nightmare. The bay front owners need to fight hard to stop this debacle that's going to happen. This will not end well and the cost will be much higher than they say. Just watch.
