Here's a five-star library that is reporting declining subscribers at an alarming rate. Every year, less people use the library in person. Every year, electronic devices are the substitute for reading and for resources. Visiting libraries are a thing of the past and the future is marginal at best. The new Stone Harbor Library is outdated and won't have enough members to survive. Spending millions for new libraries is wasted money.
