Another Resolution increasing legal fees paid by the Borough is on the agenda for 10/15/24. The council is being asked to approve an increase of $62,000 to the current contract of the Labor attorney which was originally approved at the January meeting with a not to exceed amount of $10,000. IN additional the COAH Counsel is also receiving an increase of $5,000 to the year contract. That's a total of $67,000 increase in legal fees - Dont forget an Emergency Approrpiation of $200,000 to cover legal fees for 2024 was approved in September. Council and Administration are failing us big time!
