As always a great article on Stone Harbor traffic situation by Mr. Conti. As expected with our inept leadership at the top, the Mayor stated they have been with the county studying the problem for 5 years. The traffic study they cite was in 2016 which was 7 summer seasons ago. The company studying the problem for the county is a large firm with multi municipal so called expertise. Any professional transportation planner would tell you the “All Walk” method is best for the 96th St intersection. They used pedestrian scramble instead of All Walk. Where is input from our police department.
