To all of the full-time retired residents of Cape May County. Please stop the rants about entitlements and stop complaining about people coming down to the houses that they own. You are the people benefiting year-round from all of the tax dollars that 2nd home owners pay. You are also getting entitlements in the form of Medicare and social security. So pipe down and enjoy your perks.
