Ahhh at last an “off shore” windmill farm. In 1604 the story of Don Quixote was published telling the story of him “Tilting At Windmills”. He was attacking imaginary enemies. With billions of taxpayer dollars a windmill farm will be built in the ocean off New Jersey. At last we can give every NJ boater a chance to live Don Quixote dreams.
