After reading Mr. Conti’s article in the Herald I think the idea for a Storm Water Utility is a terrible idea. First off why waste 375 thousand dollars on a study? Another is there is no comparison in the state to use as a model. Let’s get our finances in order first and then allocate money to dredge the bulkheads along 3rd Ave the whole length of the town.
