In addition to the people riding bikes on the sidewalk, there are skateboarders as well. One came up behind me Memorial Day weekend and almost knocked me over. It's not just kids on the bikes, there are also adults. I would expect them to know better since there is an ordinance stating no bikes are to be ridden on the sidewalks. It's time the police start enforcing the rules before somebody gets hurt. Maybe handing out some tickets/fines will put an end to it once and for all.
