To add to police on Stone Harbor Blvd providing traffic control. I believe the companies pay the towns which then pay the officer. Town takes a cut and processes payment. Only issue is this is added into the pensions. Years ago officers were paid direct by company. Now it has become a joke because the companies still have workers directing the traffic flow.
