SPOUTER whining about the county not negotiating"in good faith"Why don't you ask AFSCME exec.bd. why havent they shown you the offer they received last November? 4.75%,4-day work week option,bonus 27th pay. NONUNION eligible titles got raises on 1/1 as they should've. Afscme is not only hurting its members, but also nonmembers that were unfortunate enough to get a title that is union eligible. The board is not being transparent. They received a good offer and claim they haven't received one. And they wonder why so many are dropping out. Put the offer to a vote so we can get our raises.
