South Seaville - One of the biggest complaints about this township is its junked-up streets. If we go to quarterly bulk pick-up instead of monthly as we do now, is there going to be code enforcement to keep the junk from lying on our streets for months on end? Most people follow the trash schedules, but others do not. Renters move in and out and put stuff curbside - where it sits and sits and sits. Others simply don't care about schedules, rules and regulations, the appearance of their properties, and the apperance of the community in general. Code enforcement is essential for quarterly pick-up to work.
