South Dennis - While driving on Petersburg Road in the Dennisville area on a recent fall night, my car was hit by a deer. There was damage done to the front grill. This is not the first time I have seen a herd of deer crossing Petersburg Road. Something needs to be done to control the deer population in this area before someone in a car gets hurt.
