Why is this information being withheld until after the five business days has expired to file informal reviews/appeals directly with Vital Communications Inc.? Who did the township-wide revaluation? Is it because of the many anticipated reviews and appeals that may be forthcoming in the Wyncliffe development in South Dennis regarding non-permitted land use on a commercial property, and failure by Dennis Township officials to enforce its own zoning ordinance, which most certainly devalues everyone's property?
