South Dennis - I needed a referral last week for chemotherapy at a hospital in PA, but my doctor's office was too busy to fax one to the hospital. The hospital called the office; and they were rude and hung up. Several attempts were made but to no avail. I called my BCBSNJ and filed an official complaint against the doctor's office. I had to wait for my chemotherapy for hours. Very unprofessional!
