South Dennis - I live near people who constantly complain about the ATV noise. The sound from ATVs and dirt bikes has never bothered me to the point I'd even think about putting a spout in the paper. Let the kids ride. It's better than them going out and being mischievous or doing drugs. Lots of kids aren't into typical sports, like baseball and football. Riding ATVs is a way they can have fun and get some exercise.
