I am trying to understand why the Courthouse branch of the Count

South Dennis - I am trying to understand why the Courthouse branch of the County Library could not be open with a restructured system. Have a skeleton crew there, have people phone in book requests with their library card number, make an appointment, and have your books waiting for you at the door. Kind of like the restaurants are doing? Are books not as important as take-out food? Especially with people having to stay at home, what a perfect time for the library to step up and promote reading.
