Dennis Township must now be reassessed in 2014 as well. Many tax appeals can be expected from South Dennis homeowners based on reduced property values due to multiple private properties operating ATV tracks in residential housing developments. Isn't it the function and responsibility of township government to preserve property values and tax ratables? As my taxes go down due to government incompetence, expect yours to be adjusted upward.
