South Dennis - Granted the noise from dirt bikes and four wheelers are getting a bit much to take here in So. Dennis, but I am a little more concerned about these young people speeding and popping wheelies on public roads like Hoffman Drive, Schoolhouse Lane and Gravel Hole Road. I don’t know that a noise ordinance will help. Most parents would find this behavior unacceptable and at the very least dangerous and would take action to stop it before someone gets hurt or worse. Those who don’t would probably just ignore the ordinance and allow their child to do whatever they want.
