South Dennis - Fifteen years ago, Dennis Township Board of Education "conned" taxpayers into thinking they needed to vote for the school budget to build a new school. The new school was built and never has been to it's full capacity of students, but is overstaffed with teachers. The power-hungry school board, at the time, lied to taxpayers and stole land to build this school. Now they admit that there is not enough students to fill the old school and want the taxpayers to fund $19 million to make repairs to the old school. Before taking more money from the taxpayers, sell the school on Hagen Rd.
