South Dennis - Dennis Township has a major public safety problem with many residents now entering public record complaints and reporting to the Herald about their experiences with "hooliganism" involving juveniles flagrantly damaging property, illegally riding ATV quads and dirt bikes, and retaliating against property owners who pursue complaints. Constables on patrol are the answer to supplement Woodbine troopers who are few and far between. A single house on Gravel Hole Road has been vandalized eight times for reporting illegal ATVs. Neighbors are afraid and intimidated. Parents are the real problem.
