South Dennis - The ATV scourge has been in several places in Dennis Township - Ocean View, South Dennis and now South Seaville, according to a recent spout. Neighbors have entered many complaints on the public record about safety and noise. Dennis remains the only township with no noise ordinance. Dennis disbanded a citizen's ATV committee with no action to restrict ATVs on private lots in residential communities. We have no constables to assist the troopers by patrolling Main St. in South Seaville. The problem lies with our no action committee. Organize your neighbors and call the troopers repeatedly.
