Riding quads and dirt bikes on the streets in South Dennis is not a debatable issue. They are illegal, period. It is absurd to spout that an entire community embraces this law-breaking activity except for one individual. If it was such a wholesome thing for unregistered and uninsured ATVs to be driven by unlicensed drivers on the streets, it would be commonplace everywhere, which it is not. Responsible owners and riders trailer their ATVs to appropriate riding parks, like in Millville and Egg Harbor Township. You can't pick and choose which laws you want to break without consequences.
