Great job Shore Animal Control in responding to 25 calls for dogs left out in the cold. I would hope that your officers could do more proactive patrols in South Dennis in Dennis Township. There are many investigations that could be done here. Just follow the sounds of many barking animals. Most owners are good and humane, but some are cruel or uneducated.
