Front page news reports that property values have dropped 12 percent in Lower Township regarding the recent reassessment conducted there. I wonder how low the property values will drop for all the homes in Dennis Township surrounded by unregulated ATV tracks on residential properties, blasting noise throughout entire subdivisions? Surely these unregulated nuisance properties can only drag down nearby property values and affect ratables!
