Somers Point - Wind turbines are a scam because nobody figured out how to store the "green" electricity they produce. When the wind blows, most of their electricity has to be dumped. Meanwhile, back-up generators must constantly burn gas and oil to have power ready when the wind stops. The five wind turbines in Atlantic City are expensive props to sell the plan. Every new wind turbine and solar panel adds to our electric bills. That's why N.J. electric bills are among the highest in America.
