So why is a year round local business allowed to have a city cone and reserve and hold a parking space for the owner when everyone else has to try and find parking. Plus what makes is even worse is a council women has breakfast there every morning and has not put a stop to this. If I am going to get a warning about putting my trash out a couple hours early then let’s enforce everything.
