So the “ governor “ signs a bill allowing cocktails to go. BUT you can’t walk down the street of any NJ town or drive a car either a container within reach of the passenger compartment. So why do we need a law allowing “ cocktails to go”? I would have hoped the new governor would be focused on issues that are impacting the people who elected her.
