So the Deputy Manager/HR Coordinator is now also the ADA Coordinator per the Agenda for May 4th meeting (Resolution 2026-184)… how many roles can one person realistically take on with full capacity? Does this come with a raise too? Was this ever posted to the public or just filled internally with no notice? And what experience does she actually have handling ADA compliance and accessibility issues for the community? Was there any consideration of whether this role should be separate to ensure proper attention to disability access and civil rights responsibilities?
