So our school district has burned through yet another superintendent. It seems like we keep hiring people who pop in for a short duration to pump up their pension with the high salary offered then bug out. Maybe the next one's contract should include a clause whereby they have to hand back a portion of their salary if they won't stay for a set number of years.
