So just who do we owe 47 trillion dollars to? And why because I owe 18,000 dollar to the IRS am I going to jail? Why cant the IRS lend me it to pay them back? Then ill owe them 36000 but be free like the US government lol it blows my mind! Questions I guess with no logical answer!
