So Jeff Van Drew is against wind energy but for AI data centers (Vineland NJ). This makes no sense! Wind energy is a clean renewable emission-free source of power. AI data centers on the other hand cause air, light, and noise pollution not to mention water contamination and scarcity. People living by the Vineland data center that Van Drew allowed to be built have been experiencing noise pollution and are worried about running out of water. The center sits on top of (and uses the water as a coolant) South Jersey’s largest main source of fresh water the Kirkwood Cohansey Aquifer. Just sad!
