So it has taken me a while to respond regarding the employee manual from sea isle I was hoping for a call about a job so I could get a copy of this do called manual. I do believe the manual does state sea isle residents, then county residents and then state. I am now really disappointed I haven’t been called to serve so I can get all the extra perks the mayor, city council and employees get. Hopefully I eventually get a call so my taxes that pay for these perks will be spent on me the taxpayer
