Sitting in my car in the parking lot by the library: An elderly couple walking 2 big beautiful dogs is walking through the crosswalk. The nose of the first dog has reached the exact center of the road. Kid is zipping by on an ebike. At that point maybe 30 yards away, certainly several car-lengths to say the least. Doesn't slow down, doesn't stop. He makes the adults stop for him. Doesn't stop for the stop sign, goes right through it. And he wasn't even going that fast. The only thing he got right was he was wearing a helmet!
