Since the Middle Thorofare Bridge no longer accepts cash why hasn't the toll been reduced? Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't the maintenance has been completed? Do we need an operator there 24/7? Why not have scheduled openings for comercial shipping traffic. Seems like nothing more than a money grab to me.
