Since the birthright citizenship oral arguments before SCOTUS, I have seen a lot of social media criticism of Justice Brown, calling her a "DEI appointment." I have personally known many people of color who are highly intelligent and possess exceptional abilities so I don't particularly care for the racial tinge to criticizing her. However in watching her confirmation hearing and reading her opinions, I think she is, to put it bluntly, lacking in intellect and/or legal sense. She is in over her head. It seems that there must've been better choices for Biden to have made.
