Simple solution, doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Make the ENTIRE Cape May Island 25mph. There is no reason for Bayshore, Seashore, New England, Shunpike, or Sunset Blvd to be any faster than 25mph. The lack of safe bike lanes should be reason enough, and the increase use of golf carts, scooters, and e bikes should be a very easy group decision from CMP, WCM, Lower Twp & Cape May. The local politicians can fully take credit for the collaboration.
