Shawcrest - Some men working for Shawcrest do absolutely nothing other than pick up the trash and they don't even do that well. Trash cans are left in the middle of the roads. There is no reason they can't take two steps and put them back on the proper property. They don't mow the grass. They just drive around getting paid to wave at people. Get rid of the useless people.
