While walking my labadoodle around Shawcrest today I went by a house with three very large dogs. Being a dog person normally I wouldn't care. But one was a very aggressive Pitbull that threw himself against the fence barking and growling. He scared both of us. My concern is that Legacy rules state no one have more than two dogs but there were three. Also no Pitbull breeds and no dogs over 40 pounds. My hope is that Legacy is at least enforcing the vaccination rules and these dogs are registered. A neighbor at the corner said one was the daughters dog. So why is it there all the time. Be careful.
